THE HISTORY OF LAW FIRM “NEXHI ”
Law firm "Nexhi" was created based on the law nr.9109, dated 17.07.2003, "For the profession of the lawyer
In the Republic of Albania", and law no. 9901, dated 14.04.2008, "For traders and trading companies".
After a few years of work and cooperation between lawyers in different legal issues, on 13.01.2014, it was founded
the law firm "Nexhi", LLC.
The main target of the company is:
• Provide legal services and legal advice through legal advice, preparation of requests and lawsuits, requirements during
the civil procedure, administrative, criminal, etc., and the representation of persons and legal persons in court,
arbitration and other bodies of public administration.
• Legal courses for handling, processing and protection of personal data.
